Test Cell
Indiana Research Institute’s 20 engine test cell is a unique resource for engine testing and research at our Military Engine Technical Center (METC) in Columbus, Indiana. The test cells have the facility to test the engines with 300, 500, and 750 horsepower.

The engine test cells offer a full range of services to help engineers study under realistic operating conditions and find ways to continually improve diesel engine performance and reliability, increase fuel efficiency, and reduce harmful exhaust emissions. The goal is to discover and evaluate new technologies to determine the technical feasibility and commercial viability.

Data Acquisition

Within our product range we offer highly sophisticated data systems tested and evaluated in our own test cells. These data acquisition systems are modular to cope with different customer needs. The integration of our units into the testing environment is easily obtained.
